About Me

Hello,

 

My name is Jessica Boren and I am the band director at the Sanger Sixth Grade Center. I also teach at the middle and high school campuses. I am looking forward to an excellent year with you and your child! We will learn how to read, write, move, and actively listen to music through learning to play our instrument. I am excited to be a part of your child's musical journey!

 

When I am not teaching, you can find me spending time with family and friends, playing trumpet, rock climbing, juggling, doing yoga, or learning something new! I am currently a performing member of the Dallas Brass Band, and I would love to see you at one of our concerts. Most are free to the public!
